Hand forged Japanese saber blade in 1095 carbon steel, hardened by clay quenching, so with a real Hamon line.

The Rockwell hardness at the cutting edge is approximately 60 ° HRC and at the rear of the blade approximately 40 ° HRC.

Sold with brass habaki and unpainted wooden sheath. Kurigata, Koiguchi and Kojiri are made from buffalo horn.
