Kagoshima Genmaicha tea
Reference :
TK01
Kagoshima Genmaicha tea bag of 100g
A surprising Japanese specialty, this Genmaïcha is a blend of broad-leaf Bancha, grilled rice and popcorn. The result, very supple and very present, is a subtle blend of fresh, almost salty flavors, and a nice attack of cereals. Refreshing, hot or iced. Also goes very well with meals.
Teas from the Kagoshima region, located in southern Japan on the island of Kyushu, are among the most fabulous in Japan. They are produced using environmentally friendly methods.
Kagoshima Prefecture has actively cultivated green tea since the 19th century. The second largest producer in Japan in terms of volume, Kagoshima teas have won numerous awards, including the annual national tea competition in Japan.
PREPERATION :
Infusion temperature: 70 ° C
Infusion time: 2 minutes
Dosage for 20cl of water: 3 grams
