Japanese Kanetsune kitchen knife, forged blade in DSR-1K6 steel which is an ultra-resistant, anti-corrosion steel which allows precise and very sharp sharpening.

The handle is made of natural colored wood, the blade is hammered and engraved with kanjis.

The Usubagata knife is widely used in traditional Japanese cuisine, often compared to a cleaver, it is ideal for cutting vegetables and slicing herbs. Its wooden handle allows an ergonomic grip even with intensive use.
