Japanese Kanetsune "Petty" kitchen knife, it has a forged DSR-1K6 steel blade which is a specific Japanese steel with a high carbon content, which gives the blade great strength but also allows to obtain a perfect edge .

With its handle is made of natural-colored wood, its hammered blade engraved with kanjis, this pretty knife will be your ally in the kitchen.

The Petty knife is a dispensable in a kitchen, halfway between the paring knife (smaller) and the chef's knife (longer). It is of use in any circumstance, slicing, cutting, chopping meat, herbs or vegetables. Its size allows it great versatility.
