Kabusecha, green tea from Japan.

The production of Kabusecha comes from thiers which one covers during which days before the harvest.

These leaves release through a slightly oily texture an umami sweet / salty flavor that evokes cooked salmon and fresh pea puree.

Its tasting is similar to a Sencha with vegetal and marine notes, but with more sweetness.

Its high theine content is ideal for a morning tasting.

PREPERATION :

Infusion temperature: 70 ° C

Infusion time: 2 minutes

Dosage for 20cl of water: 2g
